Pepper Chicken Recipe Easy to prepare pepper chicken recipe 500 g Chicken pieces (washed and drained)2 nos Onions (finely chopped)Ginger (garlic paste – 1 tbsp)1 no Tomato (finely chopped)1 1/2 tsp Chilly powder1 tsp Coriander powder1/4 tsp Turmeric powder1 tsp Fennel seed powder (Perumjeerakam)1/2 tsp Garam masala1/2 tsp Mustard seeds1 tsp Cumin seeds (Jeerakam)3 tsp Freshly ground black pepper1 tbsp Coriander leaves (finely chopped)Oil (For frying)Salt (As reqd) For preparing pepper chicken recipe, first heat oil in a frying pan and splutter mustard seeds. Add fennel seed powder and saute in low heat.Add ginger-garlic paste and saute till golden brown in color.Stir in drained chicken pieces and sprinkle red chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and required salt. Saute for a few seconds in low heat.Add coriander powder, cumin seeds and pepper powder. Cook in medium heat.When the chicken pieces are half done, add chopped tomatoes and coriander leaves.
