For preparing mutton chops with curd, first put mutton chops, green chillies, tomato, required salt and half of the coriander leaves in a pressure cooker. Cook for 5 minutes till half done.
Open the cooker lid and add ghee. Fry mutton chops for 10 minutes in open cooker, in low heat.
Meanwhile, mix crushed ginger, garam masala, red chilly powder, coriander powder and nutmeg in curd. Beat in a mixer.
Add the curd mixture to the half cooked mutton chops and fry for 5 minutes. Close the pressure cooker and cook for 5 more minutes.
Mutton chops with curd is ready. Garnish with remaining coriander leaves and serve hot.
