Beef Steak Recipe
Thinly sliced beef cuts marinated in a mixture of pepper, sauce and later fried on both sides

- 500 g Beef thinly sliced
- 5 nos Pepper corns ground to fine powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Ghee As reqd
- Bay leaves As reqd, Karuga ela
- Salt As reqd
For preparing beef steak recipe, first wash well the meat pieces and flatten each side with the blunt side of a knife.
Prepare a mixture of pepper powder, sauce and required salt.
Coat the beef pieces with the sauce mixture, bay leaves and keep overnight for marination.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the marinated beef pieces on both sides until crisp, tender and done.
Beef steak recipe, a yummy dish, is ready. Serve hot.
