Thinly sliced beef cuts marinated in a mixture of pepper, sauce and later fried on both sides

  • 500 g Beef thinly sliced
  • 5 nos Pepper corns ground to fine powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Ghee As reqd
  • Bay leaves As reqd, Karuga ela
  • Salt As reqd


  • For preparing beef steak recipe, first wash well the meat pieces and flatten each side with the blunt side of a knife.
  • Prepare a mixture of pepper powder, sauce and required salt.
  • Coat the beef pieces with the sauce mixture, bay leaves and keep overnight for marination.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the marinated beef pieces on both sides until crisp, tender and done.
  • Beef steak recipe, a yummy dish, is ready. Serve hot.
