Easy Aloo Fry

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Potato cut into long cubes
  • 1/4 cup Rice flour
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon powder Karugapatta
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  • Oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing easy aloo fry, first immerse sliced potatoes in hot boiling water for a few minutes. Drain the potato pieces and keep aside.
  • Make a batter with rice flour, chilly powder, turmeric powder, cinnamon powder, garam masala and salt by adding some water.
  • Stir in the potato pieces and mix well in the batter.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the coated potato pieces to a golden brown color.
  • Easy aloo fry, a tasty evening time snack and a favorite with kids, is ready.
