Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium Chicken cut into 10 big pieces
  • 2 inch Ginger
  • 1 pod Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Fennel seeds Perumjeerakam
  • Red color A pinch, edible
  • Oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing easy tandoori chicken, first prepare a paste of ginger, garlic, pepper powder and fennel seeds.
  • Mix the ground paste with curd, color and required salt.
  • Apply the paste on the chicken pieces and leave aside for 4 hours.
  • Preheat a oven at 200 degrees.
  • Apply oil in a baking tray and arrange the marinated chicken pieces in it.
  • Bake the chicken pieces for 30 minutes until the top turns golden brown in color.
  • Easy tandoori chicken, a yummy mouth watering recipe is ready.
