Instructions
Heat oil in a pan and sautT onions and green chillies.
Add chopped tomato and sautT till blended well.
Add turmeric powder, red chilly powder and required salt.
Break eggs into the pot and mix it instantly. Do not fry too much. Fry enough for the eggs to be cooked. The mix should be in a creamy consistency.
:-This is a good side dish for roti. Serve with love.
