  • 3 nos Eggs
  • 3 nos Onions diced into small pieces, big
  • 3 nos Green chillies cut into thin round pieces
  • 2 nos Tomato diced into small pieces
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilly powder


  • Heat oil in a pan and sautT onions and green chillies.
  • Add chopped tomato and sautT till blended well.
  • Add turmeric powder, red chilly powder and required salt.
  • Break eggs into the pot and mix it instantly. Do not fry too much. Fry enough for the eggs to be cooked. The mix should be in a creamy consistency.
  • :-This is a good side dish for roti. Serve with love.
