Instructions
For preparing rigatoni pasta with pumpkin, first cook rigatoni pasta in boiling water as per packet directions. Drain well and keep aside.
Melt 40g butter in a large saucepan and cook pumpkin cubes over medium heat for 10 minutes or until tender.
Stir in nutmeg, chives, grated parmesan cheese, black pepper and cooked rigatoni into the pumpkin mixture. Toss well to combine.
Rigatoni pasta with pumpkin, a tasty nutritious dish is ready. Serve hot.
