Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup All purpose flour Maida
  • 1 cup Sugar powdered
  • 1/2 cup Fresh butter
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 2 nos Eggs egg yolks and whites separated
  • 1/2 tsp Soda powder
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla essence

Instructions
 

  • For preparing easy tea cake, first beat butter and powdered sugar to a smooth fluffy texture.
  • Add the egg yolks simultaneously into the butter mixture and beat well.
  • Meanwhile, sieve maida flour with baking powder and soda.
  • Stir in maida flour and curd into the butter mix, beating simultaneously.
  • Beat the egg white until stiff and add into the cake mix.
  • Mix well and add vanilla essence.
  • Grease a cake tin and pour the cake mixture. Bake at 190 degrees for 45 minutes until the top turns golden in color.
