Instructions
For preparing cookies with jam topping, first sift together flour and baking powder.
Rub butter into the flour and add eggs and sugar. Knead to a smooth dough.
Make lime sized balls with the entire dough.
Punch a hole in the top of each ball and fill it with jam.
Arrange these balls in a greased tin and bake at 375 degrees till the outside becomes golden brown in color.
