Frozen Meat Loaf
Minced mutton/meat combined with sauce and other ingredients to prepare meat loaf.

- 500 g Mutton/beef minced
- 100 g Pork minced
- 1 tbsp All purpose flour Maida
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg powder Jathikka
- 1/2 tsp Mustard powder
- 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
- 3 nos Bread slices soaked in water and pressed dry
- 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Tomato sauce
- Butter As reqd
- Salt As reqd
For preparing frozen meat loaf, first mix together minced meat and pork.
Add flour, nutmeg powder, mustard powder, pepper, crushed bread, worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce and required salt. Mix well.
Grease a tin and press the meat mixture into the vessel. Coat the top surface with butter. Cover the tin tightly with a foil paper.
Cook the meat mixture in a pressure cooker for 45 minutes. Allow the meat mixture to cool.
Meat loaf is ready and store in a refrigerator.
