Frozen Meat Loaf

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Mutton/beef minced
  • 100 g Pork minced
  • 1 tbsp All purpose flour Maida
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg powder Jathikka
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 3 nos Bread slices soaked in water and pressed dry
  • 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • Butter As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing frozen meat loaf, first mix together minced meat and pork.
  • Add flour, nutmeg powder, mustard powder, pepper, crushed bread, worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce and required salt. Mix well.
  • Grease a tin and press the meat mixture into the vessel. Coat the top surface with butter. Cover the tin tightly with a foil paper.
  • Cook the meat mixture in a pressure cooker for 45 minutes. Allow the meat mixture to cool.
  • Meat loaf is ready and store in a refrigerator.
  • Frozen meat loaf, a highly nutritional and tasty filling is ideal for preparing sandwiches.
