- Mutton/Beef(minced) - 500 g
- Pork(minced) - 100 g
- All purpose flour(Maida) - 1 tbsp
- Nutmeg powder(Jathikka) - 1/2 tsp
- Mustard powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Bread slices(soaked in water and pressed dry) - 3 nos
- *Worcestershire Sauce - 1/2 tbsp
- Tomato sauce - 1/2 tbsp
- Butter(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing frozen meat loaf, first mix together minced meat and pork.
- Grease a tin and press the meat mixture into the vessel. Coat the top surface with butter. Cover the tin tightly with a foil paper.
- Cook the meat mixture in a pressure cooker for 45 minutes. Allow the meat mixture to cool.
- Meat loaf is ready and store in a refrigerator.
