Instructions
For preparing irish potato scones, first cook the potatoes and skin them.
Mash them well and mix with maida flour and required salt.
Roll out into 1/4" thick rounds.
Grease a griddle and cook the rounds on both sides until golden in color.
Irish potato scones are ready and serve hot.
