For Coconut Topping:-

Coconut
grated

Instructions
For preparing cookies with coconut topping, first rub maida and dalda together. Add egg yolk and enough water to prepare a smooth dough.
Roll out the dough evenly into a greased square tin.
Spread a little jam on top of the dough.
Mix egg white, sugar, rice flour and grated coconut. Spread this mixture evenly over the jam.
Bake for 40 minutes(375 degree) until the top is golden in color.
Cookies with coconut topping, a tasty tea time snack is ready. Cool and cut into desired shapes.
