Add egg yolk and enough water to prepare a smooth dough.Roll out the dough evenly into a greased square tin. Spread a little jam on top of the dough.Mix egg white, sugar, rice flour and grated coconut. Spread this mixture evenly over the jam.Bake for 40 minutes(375 degree) until the top is golden in color.
