Cookies With Coconut Topping
Cookies baked with jam and coconut topping
Ingredients
- 1 cup All purpose flour Maida
- 1 no Egg yolk beaten
- 1/4 cup Butter/dalda
- Colored jam Little
- Salt As reqd
Instructions
- Roll out the dough evenly into a greased square tin.
- Spread a little jam on top of the dough.
- Bake for 40 minutes(375 degree) until the top is golden in color.
- Cookies with coconut topping, a tasty tea time snack is ready. Cool and cut into desired shapes.
