Cut chicken into small pieces. Add chilly powder, pepper powder & salt. Marinate for half an hour.
Fry them in oil and keep them aside.
Heat oil in a pan. Put chopped potatoes, carrots, beans, cabbage, onion and green chillies(cut into very thin long pieces). Add salt and cook for 5 minutes.
Add chicken masala and fried chicken. Stir for 5 minutes
