  • 1/2 kg Chicken boneless
  • 1 no Potatoes big, chopped
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 2 nos Carrots chopped
  • 10–15 nos Green Beans chopped
  • 3-4 leaves Cabbage chopped
  • 2 nos Green chillies
  • 1 tbsp Chilly powder
  • 1 tbsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp Chicken masala
  • Oil As reqd
  • 10 nos Spring roll pastry Wrappers
  • Salt As reqd


  • Cut chicken into small pieces. Add chilly powder, pepper powder & salt. Marinate for half an hour.
  • Fry them in oil and keep them aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Put chopped potatoes, carrots, beans, cabbage, onion and green chillies(cut into very thin long pieces). Add salt and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add chicken masala and fried chicken. Stir for 5 minutes
  • Wrap above mix in Pastry and Fry in Oil.
