Liver Pepper Fry Recipe

Liver of mutton/beef/chicken cooked and fried with other ingredients to prepare a nutritional dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Liver mutton/beef/chicken
  • 3/4 tsp Pepper powder
  • 3/4 cup Onion finely sliced
  • 2 nos Green chillies chopped round
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • Coconut oil As reqd
  • Curry leaves Few
  • Salt water As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing liver pepper fry recipe, first cut the liver into thin pieces and wash well. Drain the liver pieces and keep aside.
  • Heat ghee and coconut oil in a pan and saute sliced onions, green chillies and curry leaves.
  • When the onion pieces become transparent, add liver pieces and fry for a few seconds.
  • Sprinkle pepper powder and pour salt water just enough to cook the liver.
  • Cover with a lid and cook in low heat until the liver is done.
  • Remove the lid and stir for a while until the liver pieces are fried.
  • Liver pepper fry recipe, an easy to prepare dish, apt for rice etc, is ready. Serve hot.
  • Tips:- 1)Do not overcook the liver since it tends to become hard.
