For preparing liver pepper fry recipe, first cut the liver into thin pieces and wash well. Drain the liver pieces and keep aside.
Heat ghee and coconut oil in a pan and saute sliced onions, green chillies and curry leaves.
When the onion pieces become transparent, add liver pieces and fry for a few seconds.
Sprinkle pepper powder and pour salt water just enough to cook the liver.
Cover with a lid and cook in low heat until the liver is done.
Remove the lid and stir for a while until the liver pieces are fried.
Liver pepper fry recipe, an easy to prepare dish, apt for rice etc, is ready. Serve hot.
Tips:-
1)Do not overcook the liver since it tends to become hard.
