Liver Pepper Fry Recipe Liver of mutton/beef/chicken cooked and fried with other ingredients to prepare a nutritional dish. 200 g Liver (mutton/beef/chicken)3/4 tsp Pepper powder3/4 cup Onion (finely sliced)2 nos Green chillies (chopped round)1 tbsp GheeCoconut oil (As reqd)Curry leaves (Few)Salt water (As reqd) For preparing liver pepper fry recipe, first cut the liver into thin pieces and wash well. Drain the liver pieces and keep aside.Heat ghee and coconut oil in a pan and saute sliced onions, green chillies and curry leaves.When the onion pieces become transparent, add liver pieces and fry for a few seconds.Sprinkle pepper powder and pour salt water just enough to cook the liver.Cover with a lid and cook in low heat until the liver is done.Remove the lid and stir for a while until the liver pieces are fried.Liver pepper fry recipe, an easy to prepare dish, apt for rice etc, is ready.
