Instructions
Sift together garam masala, chickpea flour, cumin, baking powder and chilly powder into a bowl.
Add water and little oil and combine well to make a smooth batter.
Add chopped shallots, cashew nuts and chopped coriander leaves. Mix together and combine the batter well.
Heat oil in a saucepan. Dip each broccoli in the batter and deep fry until golden brown.
Broccoli cashew crispies are ready and serve hot with mint chutney.
