500 g Broccoli florets1/2 tsp Garam masala1/2 cup Chickpea flour1/4 tsp Chilly powder1/2 tsp Coriander powder1/2 tsp Cumin seeds (ground)1/4 tsp Baking powder50 g Cashews (chopped)2 nos Shallots (chopped, Kunjulli)Vegetable oil (As reqd)1/2 cup WaterFresh coriander (Few, chopped)Salt (As reqd) Sift together garam masala, chickpea flour, cumin, baking powder and chilly powder into a bowl.Add water and little oil and combine well to make a smooth batter.Add chopped shallots, cashew nuts and chopped coriander leaves.
