Cabbage And Onion Vada

Thinly sliced cabbage mixed with onion and other ingredients to make vada

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Cabbage finely sliced
  • 1 no Egg beaten
  • 2 nos Green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 no Onion finely sliced
  • 1 tbsp All purpose flour Maida
  • 1 tbsp Rice flour
  • Curry leaves Few
  • Oil For frying
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Take a bowl and put sliced cabbage, onion and chopped green chillies. Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Add beaten egg, rice flour, maida, curry leaves and required salt. Mix together.
  • Shape into small vadas with your palm.
  • Take a pan and pour sufficient oil for frying. Heat the oil and fry the cabbage and onion vada on both sides until golden in color.
