To be ground for vindaloo masala:

Instructions
Clean and wash the sardines. Drain well and make small gashes on both sides of the fish.
Grind the ingredients for vindaloo masala with vinegar to a fine paste.
Rub the vindaloo masala on both sides of the fish.
Sprinkle some maida on top of the sardines. Keep them aside for a few minutes.
Take a pan and pour sufficient oil for deep frying. Fry the sardines on both sides until crisp and brown.
Yummy fried sardine vindaloo masala is ready and serve hot.
