Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Mango puree
  • 2 cups Cream
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 tsp Gelatin
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 3 tsp Lime juice

Instructions
 

  • Add sugar to mango puree and mix.
  • Soak powdered gelatin in 1/2 cup water and then melt it over fire.
  • Add gelatin to mango puree and put in freezer.
  • When setting starts, take out the mango puree and scrape the contents into a bowl.
  • Add lime juice and fresh cream to the puree and beat well.
  • Place the bowl back in the freezer and allow it to set.
  • Mango cream is ready and cut into slices and enjoy.
