Mixed Adai
Roasted semolina mixed with powdered rice and other ingredients to make adai

- 2 cups Semolina roasted, Rawa
- 1 cup Powdered rice
- 1 cup Curd
- 1 cup Soya chunks crushed
- 3/4 cup Coconut grated
- 1 cup Onion finely chopped
- Ginger a small piece, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida Kayam
- Baking soda A pinch
- Curry leaves chopped
- Oil As reqd
- Salt As reqd
Take roasted semolina, powdered white rice, soya chunks and kayam powder in a vessel. Mix gently.
Add baking soda to curd and add to the above semolina mixture. Add little water and required salt to make a smooth batter.
Add the remaining ingredients to the dosa batter: grated coconut, chopped onion, ginger and curry leaves. Stir and mix.
Heat a tawa and brush surface with little oil. Spread out the batter like a dosa and fry on both sides.
Mixed adai, a highly nutritional breakfast dish, is ready.
