Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Spinach Cheera
  • 50 g Bengal gram flour Kadala mavu
  • Ginger chopped
  • 2 nos Green chillies remove seeds and chop
  • 2 tbsp Coconut grated
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Pour some water into kadala mavu and make a watery batter. Add required salt.
  • Add green chillies, ginger, and spinach to the batter and mix.
  • Spread out the batter as dosas and fry both sides.
  • Spinach doas, a highly nutritional recipe is ready.
