Instructions
Cook basmati rice in 4 cups water. Let the water evaporate completely. Keep this aside.
Take a vessel and pour ghee. Heat the ghee and add cumin seeds and chopped garlic. Saute for a few seconds.
Stir in chopped spinach and saute till spinach is tender and water has evaporated completely.
Add garam masala and sambar powder. Saute in low heat and mix well adding required salt.
Stir cooked rice into the spinach mixture and mix well.
Spinach with rice, an excellent and nutritious dish is complete. Serve with curd and onion salad. Enjoy.
