Ingredients
- Basmati rice/Plain rice - 2 cups
- Spinach(chopped) - 2 cups
- garlic(chopped) - 4 cloves
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 1/2 tsp
- Sambar powder - 1 tsp
- Ghee - 4 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Take a vessel and pour ghee. Heat the ghee and add cumin seeds and chopped garlic. Saute for a few seconds.
- Add garam masala and sambar powder. Saute in low heat and mix well adding required salt.
- Stir cooked rice into the spinach mixture and mix well.
