Potato Snacks

Sliced half cooked potatoes dipped in chilly paste and deep fried

Ingredients
  

  • 5 nos Potato sliced as finger chips
  • 1 1/4 tbsp Chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 2 nos Eggs
  • Dry bread crumbs As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Cook the potato fingers in some water till 3/4th cooked stage.
  • Mix the powders: chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, two eggs and required salt in 1 tbsp hot water to make a paste.
  • Dip the potato fingers in this paste and roll over in bread crumbs.
  • Take a pan and pour sufficient oil. Heat the oil and deep fry the potato fingers until golden in color.
