Potato Snacks
Sliced half cooked potatoes dipped in chilly paste and deep fried

- 5 nos Potato sliced as finger chips
- 1 1/4 tbsp Chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 2 nos Eggs
- Dry bread crumbs As reqd
- Salt As reqd
Cook the potato fingers in some water till 3/4th cooked stage.
Mix the powders: chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, two eggs and required salt in 1 tbsp hot water to make a paste.
Dip the potato fingers in this paste and roll over in bread crumbs.
Take a pan and pour sufficient oil. Heat the oil and deep fry the potato fingers until golden in color.
