- Potato(sliced as finger chips) - 5 nos
- Chilly powder - 1 1/4 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Eggs - 2 nos
- Dry bread crumbs(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

- Mix the powders: chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, two eggs and required salt in 1 tbsp hot water to make a paste.
- Dip the potato fingers in this paste and roll over in bread crumbs.
