Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 1/2 cup All purpose flour Maida
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil For frying

Instructions
 

  • Slice the paneer into small cubes.
  • Mix the maida in one cup water and add required salt.
  • Dip the paneer cubes in maida batter and deep fry in sufficient oil.
  • Sprinkle garam masala on the fried paneer and mix gently without crushing.
  • Paneer crispies, an apt evening time snack is ready.
