- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp

Instructions
- Slice the paneer into small cubes.
- Dip the paneer cubes in maida batter and deep fry in sufficient oil.
- Sprinkle garam masala on the fried paneer and mix gently without crushing.
- Paneer crispies, an apt evening time snack is ready.
