Cut and size the vegetables to the required size.
Wash Dal and put in the cooker along with potato, carrot, beans, onion, garlic pods, banana,brinjal & green chillies.
Add chilly powder,turmeric, coriander powder and common salt and stir well.(If necessary u can add 1-2 teaspoon sambar powder)
Now close the pressure cooker and keep it on flame.
After getting one whistle, stop the flame and open the cooker.(You can release the pressure and open)
Then add the remaining vegetables:- muringakka, vendakka, tomato, kayam and tamarind juice.
Again keep it on flame and cook to one more whistle.
After that season it with asafoetida powder, mustard seeds and curry leaves in 2 tsp coconut oil.
Now you can serve the hot dish.
