Take a vessel and pour some water. Add salt and stir in cauliflower florets, carrots and green peas. Cook in medium heat for 2 minutes.
Remove from fire and drain the veggies.
Cut the boiled egg lengthwise.
For salad dressing take the ingredients: curd, fresh cream, lime juice, honey, garlic, milk, pepper powder and salt in a bowl.
Mix the ingredients until creamy.
Place the boiled veggies and egg in a bowl. Stir in the salad dressing and mix thoroughly.
Cauliflower with egg salad is ready and garnish with mint leaves.
