Ingredients
- Cauliflower florets - 1 cup
- Eggs(hard boiled) - 1
- Carrots(sliced) - 1 no
- Green peas - 1/4 cup
For salad dressing:
- Curd(hung) - 1/4 cup
- Fresh cream - 1 tbsp
- Lime juice - 1 tsp
- Honey - 1 tsp
- garlic(chopped fine) - 1 clove
- Milk - 1 tbsp
- Mint leaves(Few, Pudina) -
- Pepper powder(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Take a vessel and pour some water. Add salt and stir in cauliflower florets, carrots and green peas. Cook in medium heat for 2 minutes.
- Remove from fire and drain the veggies.
- Cut the boiled egg lengthwise.
- Mix the ingredients until creamy.
- Place the boiled veggies and egg in a bowl. Stir in the salad dressing and mix thoroughly.
- Cauliflower with egg salad is ready and garnish with mint leaves.
