Cauliflower florets mixed with boiled eggs and dressing.

  • 1 cup Cauliflower florets
  • 1 Eggs hard boiled
  • 1 no Carrots sliced
  • 1/4 cup Green peas

For salad dressing:


  • Take a vessel and pour some water. Add salt and stir in cauliflower florets, carrots and green peas. Cook in medium heat for 2 minutes.
  • Remove from fire and drain the veggies.
  • Cut the boiled egg lengthwise.
  • For salad dressing take the ingredients: curd, fresh cream, lime juice, honey, garlic, milk, pepper powder and salt in a bowl.
  • Mix the ingredients until creamy.
  • Place the boiled veggies and egg in a bowl. Stir in the salad dressing and mix thoroughly.
  • Cauliflower with egg salad is ready and garnish with mint leaves.
