Easy Pineapple Jam Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup All purpose flour Maida
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp Soda powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, clove and nutmeg powdered
  • 2 nos Eggs
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Pineapple jam
  • 1 tbsp Pineapple flavor tang
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp Vegetable oil
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Sieve together maida, baking powder, soda powder, spices powder and a pinch of salt. Mix gently and keep aside.
  • Blend eggs and oil in a mixer.
  • Add sugar and beat nicely.
  • Add pineapple jam, pineapple flavor tang and vanilla essence. Beat again.
  • Stir in maida flour and blend gently.
  • Grease a cake tin and sprinkle maida powder. 7)Pour the cake mixture into the tin and bake in a preheated oven until golden brown.
  • Easy pineapple jam cake is ready and enjoy.
