Instructions
Sieve together maida, baking powder, soda powder, spices powder and a pinch of salt. Mix gently and keep aside.
Blend eggs and oil in a mixer.
Add sugar and beat nicely.
Add pineapple jam, pineapple flavor tang and vanilla essence. Beat again.
Stir in maida flour and blend gently.
Grease a cake tin and sprinkle maida powder. 7)Pour the cake mixture into the tin and bake in a preheated oven until golden brown.
Easy pineapple jam cake is ready and enjoy.
