Easy Pineapple Jam Cake
An yummy pineapple jam cake
Ingredients
- 1 cup All purpose flour Maida
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Soda powder
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, clove and nutmeg powdered
- 2 nos Eggs
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp Pineapple jam
- 1 tbsp Pineapple flavor tang
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
- 1 tsp Vegetable oil
- Salt As reqd
Instructions
- Sieve together maida, baking powder, soda powder, spices powder and a pinch of salt. Mix gently and keep aside.
- Blend eggs and oil in a mixer.
- Add sugar and beat nicely.
- Stir in maida flour and blend gently.
- Grease a cake tin and sprinkle maida powder. 7)Pour the cake mixture into the tin and bake in a preheated oven until golden brown.
- Easy pineapple jam cake is ready and enjoy.
