1 cup All purpose flour (Maida)1/2 tsp Baking powder1/4 tsp Soda powder1/2 tsp Cinnamon, clove and nutmeg (powdered)2 nos Eggs3/4 cup Sugar1 tbsp Pineapple jam1 tbsp Pineapple flavor tang1/2 tsp Vanilla essence1 tsp Vegetable oilSalt (As reqd) Sieve together maida, baking powder, soda powder, spices powder and a pinch of salt. Mix gently and keep aside.Blend eggs and oil in a mixer.Add sugar and beat nicely.Add pineapple jam, pineapple flavor tang and vanilla essence. Beat again. Stir in maida flour and blend gently.Grease a cake tin and sprinkle maida powder. 7)Pour the cake mixture into the tin and bake in a preheated oven until golden brown.Easy pineapple jam cake is ready and enjoy.
