Instructions
Heat ghee in a pan.
Add cashews, raisins, cardamom and fry till brown in color.
Add rava and fry for 2 minutes or till the raw smell of the rava leaves. Keep this aside.
Boil hot water in a pan and mix the fried rava and sugar in it.
Mix well so that no lumps are formed.
Add kesari color.
When it becomes thick remove from flame. :- Serve hot or chilled.
