Instructions
Grind the grated coconut and keep aside.
Add chopped cucumber, tomato, green chillies and crushed ginger to the ground coconut.
Mix the vegetables with beaten curd.
Add required salt and mix.
Naturally cooked cucumber pachadi is ready.
Tips:- 1) Do not add sour curd. Less sour ones are best for pachadi
