Simple Cucumber Pachadi Easy

Cucumber pachadi cooked in simple traditional style

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 kg Cucumber/Vellarika chopped, medium
  • 3 nos Tomato chopped
  • 2 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 1 small Ginger crushed
  • 2 1/2 cups Curd beaten
  • 1/2 of Coconut grated
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Grind the grated coconut and keep aside.
  • Add chopped cucumber, tomato, green chillies and crushed ginger to the ground coconut.
  • Mix the vegetables with beaten curd.
  • Add required salt and mix.
  • Naturally cooked cucumber pachadi is ready.
  • Tips:- 1) Do not add sour curd. Less sour ones are best for pachadi
