1/4 kg Cucumber/Vellarika (chopped, medium)3 nos Tomato (chopped)2 nos Green chillies (chopped)1 small Ginger (crushed)2 1/2 cups Curd (beaten)1/2 of Coconut (grated)Salt (As reqd) Grind the grated coconut and keep aside.Add chopped cucumber, tomato, green chillies and crushed ginger to the ground coconut.Mix the vegetables with beaten curd.
