For preparing omelette:-

Eggs
beaten

Black pepper
As reqd, freshly ground
For filling:-
20
g
Butter

tbsp
Ginger
freshly grated

Bean sprouts
chopped

tbsp
Chives
finely chopped
Instructions
For preparing omelette filling, melt the butter in a pan.
Add grated ginger, chives and bean sprouts and cook for 2 minutes. Remove cooked ingredients from the pan and keep aside.
For making omelette, first whisk together eggs, water and ground pepper.
Melt butter in a frying pan. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and tilt sideways so the base is filled. Cook in medium heat.
Place the omelette filling on top of the omelette.
Draw the edges of the omelette with a fork and fold in half.
Omelette with bean sprouts is ready and serve hot.
