For preparing omelette:-1 tbsp Butter2 nos Eggs (beaten)1 tbsp WaterBlack pepper (As reqd, freshly ground)For filling:-20 g Butter2 tbsp Ginger (freshly grated)3 tbsp Bean sprouts (chopped)3 tbsp Chives (finely chopped) For preparing omelette filling, melt the butter in a pan.Add grated ginger, chives and bean sprouts and cook for 2 minutes. Remove cooked ingredients from the pan and keep aside.For making omelette, first whisk together eggs, water and ground pepper. Melt butter in a frying pan. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and tilt sideways so the base is filled.
