Heat oil in a saucepan and saute onion, green chillies and ginger in low flame.
Add cabbage, carrot, tomato and keep sauting.
When the tomato is fried, add chopped capsicum and celery.
Add salt and pepper powder. Mix gently and remove the vegetable mixture from heat.
Beat the eggs with a egg beater until soft. Add a little pepper powder, salt and some milk.
Pour some oil in a flat pan and spread out the omlette.
Place previously prepared vegetable mixture in the centre of the omlette and roll off.
Repeat the process with the rest of the omlettes.
Serve the stuffed omlette with tomato sauce.
Tips:-
1)You can stuff the omlettes with shredded cooked pieces of chicken, mutton, beef etc.
You can also add green peas, beans and grated cheese to the vegetable mixture.
