Pressure cook the potatoes for 1-2 whistles with little salt & water.
Drain and keep aside when cooked.
Heat oil in kadai and add jeera and let it splutter.
Add ginger-garlic paste, slit green chillies, capsicum and saute for some time.
Add cooked potatoes and cauliflower florets and saute.
Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder and salt and saute.
Cover cook till cauliflower & potatoes are done.
Add garam masala and mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
