  • Pressure cook the potatoes for 1-2 whistles with little salt & water.
  • Drain and keep aside when cooked.
  • Heat oil in kadai and add jeera and let it splutter.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste, slit green chillies, capsicum and saute for some time.
  • Add cooked potatoes and cauliflower florets and saute.
  • Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder and salt and saute.
  • Cover cook till cauliflower & potatoes are done.
  • Add garam masala and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • :- Aloo Gobi - Dry is ready!!
  • :- Serves the Aloo Gobi - Dry as a great side dish for rotis & rice!!!
