4-6 slices Bread (sides trimmed off)250 gm Paneer (1packet)1 no Potato (large size)1 no Carrot (medium size)3 pods garlicOil (for frying paneer)Salt (as reqd)Pepper powder (as reqd)Butter (as reqd) Pressure cook potato, carrot and garlic with salt and pepper for 4-5 whistles till well soft.Cut paneer into cubes and fry them in little oil till light golden brown.Crumble the paneer with the help of a fork or hands directly into very fine pieces.Mash the potato carrotand garlic into fine paste with a fork.Mix the panner, potato, carrot well and add salt and pepper to taste.Steam the bread or toast it as per choice, and apply butter.Take one slice of bread and fill the stuffing at one end and fold it across. Press the edges well to seal it.Repeat the same process with other slices. :- Serve with ketchup. Others
