In a deep pan, combine water, condensed milk, cornflour, mango puree and sugar.
Bring it to a boil stirring continuously. (about 10 minutes)
: - use a wooden spatula to stir the contents to prevent from burning.
Stir till the pudding mix coats the back of the spoon and is fairly thick. Remove from fire.
Whisk with hand the vanilla essence and cream into the pudding and transfer to a square dish(or any other).
Cool and leave to set in the fridge.
Prepare jelly according to instructions on the packet and leave to set in the fridge.
Break the jelly with a fork and pile on the pudding.
:- Mango Pudding is ready!!
:- Serve the Mango Pudding with diced fruits.
