Preheat oven to 160 c. Line 12 muffin tin with paper cups.
Sift together the flour, cinnamon, ginger, baking powder, soda powder into a deep bowl.
In an another bowl, add melted butter, sugar and egg and whisk with hand.
Add the butter mixture, fruits and nuts to the sieved flour.
Add milk slowly to the flour mixture and mix until the ingredients are just combined.
:- Do not over beat the batter.
Spoon the batter into the paper cups and bake for 20 -25 minutes or until done.
:- Fill the paper cups till 3/4 only.
