Marinate cleaned mutton pieces with all the powders and lemon juice for 2 hrs.
Add cooking oil to a thick-bottomed vessel and saute onions, green chillies and curry leaves, followed by ginger and garlic.
When it is nicely done, add mutton pieces, tomato and stir well.
When it starts to boil, add the thin coconut milk , required amount of salt and let boil.
Keep stirring in between, till mutton pieces get cooked well.
Add the thick coconut milk and switch off the flame before it starts to boil.
Check the amount of salt, you can add 1/2 tsp pepper powder at the end for an added flavour.
:-Can also be pressure cooked in thin coconut milk, remove from flame, add thick coconut milk and heat again.
